Sauna and Pool

If you live in a big house with a large backyard you could build a pool in your garden and a sauna in the basement. Make sure you paint the basement in welcomming colors. It is expensive building a pool but lots of people would enjoy a dip in the pool and then some time in the Sauna. You could decide your price but make sure the price includes the pool and the sauna. You should also put a few benches or chairs near the pool. You could even put a label on your house that would bring people to your pool and sauna. If the business goes really well you could start making drinks, desserts and other for sale. People could order while enjoying the summer sun.

Tip: You could propose a half-price for raining days. If it is raining outside they won't be people going to the opened pool. To make profit in bad weather you could accept customers for the sauna and since they would be only using one of your attractions you could put the entrie for a half price!
